Straw Propeller and Juniper Brewing Team Up on Oatmeal Stout

Two local Redmond companies Straw Propeller and Juniper Brewing team up to create a limited batch of oatmeal stout. This new craft brew appropriately called Straw Propeller Oatmeal Stout has a unique blend of hops, oats, barley, and chocolate.

The beer will be served on tap at Juniper Brewing located at1950 SW Badger Avenue, Suite 103 in Redmond. A limited amount will be bottled for promotional items and also sold and distributed through Juniper Brewing. You can find them on Facebook or on their website at www.juniperbrewing.com.

Chuck Moser from Chuck Moser Design developed the label and created the artwork for the branding.

VP of Straw Propeller, Julie Leutschaft has always wanted to combine beer and oatmeal and Curtis and Scott from Juniper helped facilitate the master plan. “Everyone at Juniper was so great to work with – we had fun doing some R&D at Juniper while tasting and contributing to a great local product.” Chuck Moser is our design guru and he created the cool branding for this new product offering. We are always looking to mix things up a bit and this is just the joint venture we were looking for” said Leutschaft.
